Moving In & Unit Preparation
How do I schedule my move-in?
Reach out to us before 6 pm, Monday through Friday, to ensure you have everything needed for your move-in.
How do I access my unit for the first time?
Your unit may have a combo lock or zip tie. Check your messages for the lock code and bring scissors if needed.
Why are units secured before I arrive?
We complete a 12-step checklist for every unit before marking it ready to rent, keeping it clean and in perfect condition for you.
What should I bring for my move-in?
Bring any tools needed to open the lock, such as scissors, and check your lock code in the messages we send you.
Are units ready immediately after scheduling?
Yes, but we ensure every unit is fully inspected and secured before you arrive to maintain quality and cleanliness.
Moving Out & Payments
How do I schedule my move-out?
Notify us at least 7 days before your planned move-out date. Earlier notice is recommended.
Is rent prorated if I move out early?
No, all rentals are month-to-month and rent is not prorated. You have until the last day of the month to move out.
What if I leave items behind?
Units with items left inside are subject to a cleaning fee.
How should I document my move-out?
After vacating, take a picture of the empty unit (with the unit number visible) for proof.
How do I make payments?
We accept credit or debit payments online or over the phone. Paper payments (checks, cash) are no longer accepted. Money orders can be mailed to the main property management office with the facility name.
